Fenton Partners is a consulting firm specialising in structural and civil engineering and project management.

Founded in 2000, the firm has grown to become the cohesive and high-performing team of professional engineers and support personnel we see today.

We see each project as an opportunity to use our experience and skills to design efficient and well-considered solutions for complex and challenging engineering projects.

We take the time to identify the specific requirements of each client and project, and tailor our design solutions to fulfill these.  We enjoy close collaborative relationships with our clients, and with other consultants on project teams.

Fenton Partners has acted as structural and civil engineering consultants on numerous successful projects across Victoria, including for:

• Conversions of heritage-listed State Government-owned rooming houses, into self-contained bedsitter apartments for social housing, while maintaining heritage facades
• Remedial and upgrade works to State Government-owned social housing properties
• Re-development of and upgrades to Local Government facilities, including sporting pavilions, kindergartens and pre-schools, and upgrades to community buildings, including neighbourhood houses and learning centres
• Projects for education including upgrades for Primary and Secondary schools, Universities and vocational and higher education institutions
• Health projects, including upgrades of cancer treatment centres and other facilities at major hospitals, new plant rooms, as well as new medical centres and veterinary hospitals
• Design of new residential buildings, and alterations to existing buildings
• Design of retail stores, and tenancy fit-outs for major shopping centres and shopping precincts
• Re-development of the South Melbourne market, the Elizabeth Street entrance for the Prahran Market, and conversion of the former Channel 7 studios in South Melbourne into the Fox Sports studios.

For project management assignments, our point of difference is that our project managers are also engineers, with the technical qualifications to complement their project management skills.
